XTRA: Bobby Russell Fights Dismissal of His Kentucky Lawsuit, Still Contests His ‘HIV Test’ Results — and You Can, Too!

September 19th, 2014

URGENT! You can make a difference. . . . Bobby Russell, recently interviewed [Update, October 2016: the new link is HERE] by “How Positive Are You” co-host David Crowe on his “The Infectious Myth” show, is raising funds to appeal the September 15, 2014, dismissal on summary judgment of his medical malpractice suit against the University of Kentucky Medical Center and doctors. This system has an effective monopoly on “HIV/AIDS” testing and treatment in eastern Kentucky but no accountability to patients on how reliable those tests are. They misdiagnosed Bobby as “HIV positive” for eight years. He needs to raise $9,000 by September 29 toward a total of $25,000 by the end of the year, and has set up an online fundraising appeal here. Please give what you can. [Note, October 22, 2014: The new deadline to file a Notice of Appeal is October 29. The amount of money Bobby needs changes daily, but we hope that you will still consider giving to Bobby’s legal fund. Bobby has also created a Web site to “Protest the Test,” where you can learn more and become part of this historic effort to challenge careless HIV testing.] Continue reading »

Episode 83: Dr. David Simpson on Healing Yourself, Not Your ‘Disease’

May 18th, 2014

Do you have “HIV/AIDS” or any defined “disease”?  Or are you a system out of balance? What would it look like to support your body and immune system rather than shooting at imaginary measurements such as T-cells and “viral load”?  What is a disease, anyway, and do we really need to define, isolate and attack such things?  If we can listen to our bodies in such exquisite detail that we support them back to their natural states of life and health, why don’t more of us know about this highly rational therapy? Join New York City chiropractor Dr. David Simpson as he leads our co-hosts, David Crowe and Elizabeth Ely, on a fascinating inquiry into the nature of the human body and how we might support it. The technology has arrived, and it affirms ancient ideas of healing.

Episode 82/Infectious Myth 9: ‘AIDS FRAUD DAY’ DISPATCH: CDC Redefines ‘HIV Infection’ – Without ‘HIV’!

April 23rd, 2014

Just in time for the 30th anniversary of that famous, high-profile press conference announcing “HIV” as the “probable cause of AIDS,” the CDC has recently more quietly redefined what constitutes a diagnosis of “HIV infection,” both as an individual diagnosis and the “surveillance case definition” applied to populations. As you might have guessed, it is whatever-the-heck they say it is. “HIV testing” expert Dr. Rodney Richards answers our questions about this historic redefinition, the demise of the Western blot “confirmatory” test and the rise of the misleadingly named “viral load” testing as a partial diagnostic. Listen in on the conversation, and perhaps you can protect yourself from this egregious abuse of power to label more and more people as infectious Typhoid Marys.  Could this also be a defensive move against recent challenges to “HIV-positive” diagnoses in criminal and civil court cases? On January 21, 2014 — the day after Martin Luther King, Jr. Day — a jury in Atlanta found African-American Craig Lamar Davis guilty of two counts of aggravated assault for not telling his sexual partners that he had tested “HIV positive” in 2005. Three expert witnesses had testified as to how inaccurate and illogical HIV testing is, and Davis’ doctors and lab each admitted that they had not adequately diagnosed him. The jury did not explain this contradiction. Clark Baker of the Office of Medical and Scientific Justice (OMSJ) talks about his organization’s involvement in the case and what the verdict means, going forward.

The case was dismissed in 2011. David Crowe discusses the appeal of this dismissal with Celia and her lawyer, Andrew T. Miltenberg.
