“I’ve been listening to your podcasts and I’m extremely moved because it’s been almost a year and half since I got a positive diagnosis.  I enjoy listening because it helps me immensely because the biggest hurdle I’ve been dealing with is the mental and psychological part of how to live amidst an almost always preoccupation with the subject of my health.  Fortunately my health is good and I have not taken any.”
—James

Sascha Sarnoff, California

“I listen to your show because it is one of the few sources of intelligent news about the wacky world of AIDS. I’ve been following the insanity for almost 20 years now, and every time I see a mainstream article about AIDS spouting the tired old party line, my heart sinks. Every time a friend or family member unquestioningly believes what they hear about “science” from “experts”, it sinks again. Listening to your podcast reminds me that I’m not the only person on the planet who doesn’t swallow all the misinformation we’re being fed. Listening to you gives me hope!”
Carol, Santa Cruz, California

“Incredibly interesting and informative… renews my faith in independent media.”
Jeff C, Brooklyn, NY

“I have spent the last four days listening to your podcasts. I walked around a huge park in the rain today and listened to the latest one. It was great and took me through many emotions.” —Kristen

He says that the caller(s), while not explicitly threatening to kill him, made reference to “what you are doing.”

“How Positive Are You” co-host Elizabeth (Beth) Ely thought it best to report this event, to help ensure Bobby’s safety. read more »

April 10th, 2016

April 10, 2016–Telling people not to see an alarming public-health documentary may not be the best strategy to kill it. Perhaps emboldened by recent American censorships of Vaxxed: From Coverup to Catastrophe, the London International Film Festival has pulled AIDS documentary Positive Hell, according to veteran journalist, author and filmmaker Joan Shenton. (We reported on the film in Episodes 72 and 96, and posted a link to a discussion on “The Progressive Film Hour.“) The festival organizer admitted he acted under pressure from LGBT student groups at the university where he teaches.

How, indeed, do LGBT “activists” benefit from silencing positive stories of HIV survival?  (Answer: They collect money.)

Episode 108: Waking Up to the Truth, with New AIDS Rethinker George Borrelli

March 20th, 2016

When confronted with new facts, why do we take so long to change our minds? George Borrelli never imagined a different view of “AIDS” science existed until he stumbled on it while researching alternative cancer theories and treatments.

“This really rocked a belief that I thought was so solid that it could not possibly be wrong,” says the retired engineer. “It was such a fundamental belief. I really didn’t want to accept the possibility that what everyone is saying could possibly be false.” read more »

EDITORIAL: A Special Warning About False-Positive “HIV Testing” Results

October 14th, 2015

October 2015–Accurate diagnosis matters. We at “How Positive Are You” are extremely concerned about the life-changing diagnoses of “HIV positive” and “AIDS” that people are receiving, based on tests for surrogate markers including antibodies and genetic sequences. Because of our concern, we will post later today an interview with Dr. David Rasnick of the biotechnology firm Viral Forensics. Viral Forensics will offer our listeners and others a way to check their “viral load” tests against findings of “particles resembling HIV” under an electron microscope, as interpreted by a licensed pathologist. (To obtain a blood analysis by Viral Forensics, see the bottom of this editorial.)

The commercially available tests for “HIV positivity” or “viral load” have never been validated to the presence of live, infectious virus in human blood. read more »

Episode 99: Down the Rabbit Hole with J. Todd DeShong of ‘HIV Innocence Group Truth,’ Supporting Bobby Russell’s Lawsuit but ‘Deconstructing’ his Investigator

March 26th, 2015

Curiouser and curiouser . . .HIV Innocence Group Truth” blogger J. Todd DeShong says he supports Bobby Russell’s lawsuit against his University of Kentucky doctors for the careless practices that led to his false-positive “HIV” diagnosis, but he is not so sure about Clark Baker and the Office of Medical and Scientific Justice (OMSJ), the investigative agency that made that lawsuit possible. It’s not an attack; it’s a “deconstruction.” And we’re not talking about those tests and how misleading they are, even though DeShong is a lab professional who runs diagnostic tests for hospitals and says he is working toward a master’s degree in molecular diagnostics. The tests are “off topic,” he says.

February 2nd, 2014

Lack of scientific rigor, a business model based on rushing a vaccine to the market without long-term safety testing, hysterical risk/benefit assumptions around an emotionally charged and highly dangerous disease — does this sound familiar?  Did we forget to mention, enormous profits?  A campaign is well underway, to declare the Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) a leading cause of cervical cancer and promote the Gardasil vaccine against it.  It’s “HIV 2.0,” as noted Viennese gynecologist and Rethinking AIDS board member Dr. Christian Fiala calls it.
