This system has an effective monopoly on “HIV/AIDS” testing and treatment in eastern Kentucky but no accountability to patients on how reliable those tests are. They misdiagnosed Bobby as “HIV positive” for eight years. He needs to raise $9,000 by September 29 toward a total of $25,000 by the end of the year, and has set up an online fundraising appeal here.
