NEWS UPDATE: Shameless AIDS Paradigm Defenders Stand in Way of Ending ‘HIV Criminalization’

April 23rd, 2015

April 23, 2015–Just in time for “Rethinking AIDS Day” a/k/a “AIDS Fraud Day,” the 31st anniversary of the famous press conference announcing a virus as the “probable cause of AIDS,” a group of doctors working for the very same Dr. Robert Gallo are draining the Office of Medical and Scientific Justice (OMSJ) of the resources needed to continue defending the landmark case that has effectively ended “HIV criminalization” in the U.S.

The case of Air Force Technical Sergeant David Gutierrez was the subject of our Episode 97. For more details, see Spanish AIDS rethinker Raul Ehrichs de Palma’s news report and fundraising campaign on Razoo here. We urge you to give as much as you can, and still give even if you can spare only a token amount. Show your support, and we’ll report the amazing groundswell of support on “How Positive Are You.” Yes, that’s right, an amazing groundswell. Get to it!

Episode 69: Dissidents Who Have Died – Requiem for a Heavyweight (Part 1), Trisha Harding Morrison on Tommy Morrison – What, or Who, KO’d ‘The Duke’?

October 7th, 2013

“How Positive Are You” co-host Elizabeth Ely goes 10 rounds (about two hours) with Trisha Harding Morrison on her husband’s recent death at age 44. Morrison was a two-time former heavyweight boxing champion who not only had made history in the ring with his dangerous left hook, but also starred as “Tommy Gunn” in the 1990 movie Rocky V. In this Part 1 of “Requiem for a Heavyweight,” Trisha tells, for the first time, the complete story of her husband’s journey to hell and back — and to hell again — as he fought both the boxing and the AIDS establishments. Shortly before this Podcast was taped, Trisha received news of the electron microscopy results on blood taken from her husband moments before he died: “The Duke” was carrying no “particles resembling HIV.”

In 2009 Celia Farber sued Richard Jefferys of Treatment Action Group (TAG), as well as Kevin Kuritzky and James Murtaugh, over their attempts to describe her as a “fraudulent journalist” who was thus unauthorized to comment on the HIV=AIDS dogma. The case was dismissed in 2011. David Crowe discusses the appeal of this dismissal with Celia and her lawyer, Andrew T. Miltenberg.

One of the pieces of evidence in the case was an email Richard Jefferys sent to the Semmelweis Foundation, after he discovered Celia Farber and Peter Duesberg were about to receive a whistleblower award:
