To avoid extradition to Sweden to face accusations under that country’s “expansive,” and expanding, rape law, Assange has been effectively imprisoned for the past four years in the Ecuadorian embassy in London.
“Only in the shadow of the 1980s HIV/AIDS mushroom cloud, could a broken condom be met with such hysteria, and morph into a criminal drama, involving several governments and millions of dollars,” wrote former “How Positive Are You” co-host Celia Farber. Close to the fourth anniversary of Assange’s exile, Elizabeth Ely joins Celia in her Manhattan kitchen for tea and discussion of her February 2016 New York Observer article on the sexual politics of this unusual case. Comment (0)Episode 88: Attorney Robert Parker Mills on the ‘AIDS’-Blackmailing of Rock Hudson, Alive and Dead
Thirty years ago this summer, doctors told actor Rock Hudson that he had “AIDS.” A year later, he collapsed in a hotel room in Paris, igniting a public hysteria around a virus then said to threaten everyone. A little over a year later, Hudson was dead at 59, AIDS had gone mainstream, and a young drifter named Marc Christian, claiming to have been the Hollywood heartthrob’s lover, filed a lawsuit against the estate for “emotional distress” for fear of having caught a fatal virus. Attorney and author Robert Parker Mills chats with “How Positive Are You” co-host Elizabeth (Beth) Ely about defending the estate — and the posthumous reputation — of one of the most beloved stars of movies and television, in 1988-89. Your intrepid team here at “How Positive Are You” is on the case, with Washington, D.C., journalist Terry Michael. Comments (4)Episode 86: Mike Hersee Defends the ‘AIDS Babies’
Do you want to really help the “AIDS babies”? Did you know that, in the U.K. at least, your baby can be drugged even if they test negative at birth? It’s actually been documented that newborns can test “HIV positive” right after birth and yet serorevert to negative at about 18 months of age. Do you know the story of Lindsey Nagel, a baby adopted from Romania who survived and thrived into adulthood without “antiretroviral” drugs? Probably not, if you’ve been listening to the “deafening silence” of the AIDS mainstream, which would rather not advertise that “access to treatment” means the forced drugging of many babies each year. Independent advocate Mike Hersee of HEAL London has been helping families in the U.K. when they want to avoid toxic treatments for their “HIV-positive” infants.

Comment (1)Episode 80: Dr. James DeMeo Talks About Dr. Wilhelm Reich and the Fascism of ‘Safe Sex’
Every conversation about “AIDS” eventually gets around to the dangers of getting it on. Is sex really unsafe at any speed? Unsafe for whom? What does love have to do with it? Amazingly, the answers to these questions have been around for more than 60 years, in the work of the late Dr. Wilhelm Reich. Dr. James DeMeo is furthering this important research at his Orgone Biophysical Research Laboratory (OBRL) — and no, it’s not pornographic and you can’t watch. You can, however, listen in as Dr. DeMeo and “How Positive Are You” co-host Elizabeth Ely talk about electrical discharges, love, the healing powers of a sexual energy called “orgone,” orgone accumulator boxes, and the energy of life itself. What are “official stories,” and why do we believe them? Liam Scheff, a long-time AIDS rethinker and self-described “conspiracy realist,” discusses his book, Official Stories, with HPAY co-host Elizabeth Ely. Comments (2)Episode 59: Mark Gabrish Conlan on Dangerous Virus or ‘Living With HIV’?
Is “HIV” a dangerous infection you shouldn’t get “complacent” about, or a matter of simply “living with HIV”? HEAL-San Diego founder and Zenger’s Newsmagazine publisher Mark Gabrish Conlan takes on the paradoxes of “AIDS” propaganda, giving his unique perspective as a queer community activist since the early 1980s.
